【陳幼英╱台北報導】沈世朋昨喜獲龍子，老婆李新昨天下午3點45分自然產生下兒子小小朋，重達3640公克，他全程陪產，大讚老婆勇敢，小小朋手長、腳長，皮膚白皙，長得跟媽媽很像，沈世朋笑說：「他唯一像我的可能只有小雞雞。」
