【蔡妤閒╱台北報導】「台語夜市天后」李嘉與美籍老公Duke結婚4年，育有1子Tyler，最近傳又懷第2胎，剛滿3個月，她證實表示：「很意外，去年大家還在問要不要拼第2胎，後來跟老公很積極，但沒結果，現在卻中了，生男生女都好。」預產期明年4月。
